Sharm has been helping people level-up their skills and impact for over 20 years.  Her passion for people and performance has taken her to NZ, UK and Australia in a range of roles in Healthcare, Travel, Retail and Events.  Starting from the ground up with Flight Centre NZ Sharm was appointed 7 years in as the youngest Area Leader in the country. A National role with 8 direct reports, responsible for setting strategy, delivering results and developing future leaders.

For the past 15 years Sharm has been immersed in the professional speaking industry.  Partnering with a wide range of industries, clients and speakers to help them deliver world class events and training.
